Late Arrivals
I understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable! However, depending on circumstances, I may need to shorten or reschedule your service. As a courtesy to other clients, if you arrive up to 15 minutes late, your service will be shortened and end at the scheduled time. You will still be charged in full for your scheduled treatment. Arrival of 15 minutes or more after your scheduled start time will be considered a cancellation, and a 50% fee of your scheduled service will apply, with the need to reschedule.

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy
I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please provide at least a 48-hour notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the scheduled service.

No Shows
Your appointment is reserved especially for you. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients miss the opportunity to receive services. All “no shows” will be charged 100% of the service. Please be courteous and considerate of my time as this is how I support my family.

Payments
Exact Cash, Credit/Debit card , or Venmo is accepted. Credit cards are now excepted however, there will be a $5 convenient service charge.
